Rise and Grind Housing offers a beacon of hope for young adults navigating life’s challenging transitions. Our program specializes in supporting individuals aged 18-30, with an emphasis on those emerging from foster care, military veterans reacclimating to civilian life, and young men seeking a pathway toward a fresh start. As a nonprofit transitional housing solution, we understand the pivotal crossroads our residents face and provide more than just shelter – we offer an integrated support system designed to foster independence, resilience, and success. What We Do
Transitional Housing
We are a nonprofit transitional housing program for 18-30 yr olds: emerging from foster care, military veterans transitioning back to civilian life and those wanting a 2nd chance.
Personal Development
Empowerment through self-improvement and life mastery. Our program focuses on goal setting, emotional intelligence and more, preparing residents for personal success.
Mental Health Support
Comprehensive mental wellness is our priority, offering individual counseling, group therapy, and peer support to foster emotional resilience and psychological well-being.
Essential Life Skills
Practical skills for independent living. We teach homesteading, housekeeping, home repairs, cooking, and budgeting, ensuring residents can manage their daily lives efficiently and healthily.
Career Development
Future-focused training and support, including GED prep and career counseling. Our partnership with Rise And Grind Academy ensures residents have access to job training and opportunities.

I am thrilled to introduce you to Rise And Grind Housing, a newly established nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young adults aged 18-30 as they transition into independent living. As a member of our community, we want to share our goals and invite you to join us on this journey of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
Our mission at Rise And Grind Housing is twofold:
1. Providing Transitional Housing: We understand the challenges faced by young adults aging out of foster care, seeking a second chance, or reintegrating into civilian life after military service. Our primary goal is to offer safe and supportive transitional housing, where residents can find stability and begin their journey towards independence.
2. Fostering Personal Growth and Development: Beyond providing shelter, we are committed to equipping our residents with the essential life skills and resources they need to thrive. Through mentorship, educational programs, and access to community resources, we aim to empower each individual to discover their passions, set goals, and pursue their dreams with confidence.
As we embark on this mission, we are working towards of our first housing facility. This new initiative will provide a supportive living environment for young adults in need, offering a sense of community and belonging as they navigate the transition to independent living.
